CSP was founded by Aly Joseph and his wife Dginie in 2023 with the realization that defense industry required a more effective way to bring in and keep the necessary talent.
Our Vison is to bring in high quality and high performing individuals and equip them with the knowledge and skills to be well place within an Integrated Program Team. Our team has over 15 years in Project management, Program Integration, Finance, Integrated Scheduling, Project Controls/Earned Value Management experience.
